As Managing Director, I develop and implement the strategic vision and operational objectives of Thee Manor, aligning them with our mission to provide an exclusive and luxurious environment for our members. I oversee daily operations, which include financial management, staff recruitment and development, member relations, and event planning, all aimed at maintaining the highest standards of service and member satisfaction.
Fostering a strong sense of community among our members is a core aspect of my role.
I develop and implement engagement programs, events, and networking opportunities that enrich their experience at the club. Collaborating closely with department heads and staff, I create innovative programming and services that reflect the unique needs and desires of our members while upholding the club's values of luxury and exclusivity.

By nurturing these relationships, I work to build a sense of community among members, making them feel at home within Thee Manor.
A key aspect of my position is event coordination. I am responsible for organizing and promoting member events, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. By collaborating with various departments, I ensure that each event is meticulously planned and executed, offering members unique experiences that foster connection and camaraderie.
